Harris D. Greene

Harris entered the financial services business in 1998 as an Advisor with American Express. By 2000, he was named a Manager in their Denver Office. Less than one year later, he was promoted to Field Vice President and led the sales office in Tucson, AZ. In 2004, Harris moved his family back east and began his career with New York Life in the Northern Virginia General Office. In 2006, he moved his family home to Harrisburg. He took some time away from the business and then returned as a Manager of Financial Services with Prudential. In 2007, he finished as the number one Recruiter nationally for Prudential.

Harris recently rejoined New York Life Insurance Company as a Partner and will use his recruiting background to help grow the sales force in the Harrisburg General Office.
 
Harris and his wife, Karen, have two children, Zachary and Lauren and reside in Harrisburg.
  
  
 

Maynard "Tag" Kring
Director of Operations

Tag worked at a family owned business until completing his BA degree at the University of Pittsburgh.  In December of 1971 he joined New York Life as a Management Trainee.   He served as the Manager of 3 New York Life Offices prior to coming to Harrisburg in 1984.  During his career, Tag has earned many industry designations, including his CLU® and FLMI.  He has been selected on multiple occasions as the Northeastern Zone's Administrative Manager of the Year, based on upon the performance of the Harrisburg office staff.  He has three grown children and 8 grandchildren.  He resides in Mechancisburg, PA where his favorite pastimes are fly fishing and golf.

     

 

Tammy Delgado, MBA, CLU®

Tammy is a graduate of  Marywood University where she earned her BA degree. She also graduated from American InterContinental University with an MBA degree. Prior to her career with New York Life, Tammy was a school teacher in the Downingtown Area School District where she taught 6th grade Social Studies and Math for 4 years. 

She joined New York Life in January 2004 as an agent in the Northeast General office.  She was promoted to Associate Sales Development Manager (ASDM) and transferred to the Finger Lakes General Office in December of 2005.  In May 2006 Tammy transferred to the Harrisburg General Office where she is the ASDM.   In September of 2009, she earned her CLU® designation from the American College.

Tammy was married in September 2007 and she and her husband, Joshua Richards reside in Paxtang, PA 

 
 

Stephen Werner

Steve graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in International Finance and a BA in Asian Studies.  Prior to his career with New York Life he worked for the Pennsylvania Securities Commission.  He started with New York Life in April of 2006 and he currently works between the Harrisburg General Office, his home base, and the South Jersey Office.

Steve and his wife, Michelle, live in Hummelstown, PA with their four children, Stephen Jr, Stephanie, Bretagne and Aaron.
