Frank is the Managing Partner for New York Life’s Harrisburg General Office. As Managing Partner, he oversees the operation and activities of New York Life’s Harrisburg location, with over 60 Agents throughout the Central Pennsylvania region.

He joined New York Life in 1999 as a direct appointment Partner in the Norfolk General Office which is located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. While there he worked closely with Managing Partner Brett Bargery and was a Top 50 Partner in 2004. Frank was promoted to Managing Partner of the West Virginia General Office in May of 2005 and guided the office to the Senior-Vice President's Trophy: Life Award of Excellence in 2008.

Prior to joining the New York Life organization, Frank spent 2 years teaching high school history and economics and coaching soccer and basketball. Then in 1992, a career change took him into the financial services industry where he spent 7 years with another top flight insurance company as an agent and sales manager. He was rookie agent of the year in 1993 and was a top 50 sales manager each year after being promoted into management.

Frank graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 1990 with a B.A. in History. While attending Hampden-Sydney, he played Division III soccer and received first team conference and state honors. Frank also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Advisor in Senior Living (CASL) and Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) designations from American College.

In his spare time he enjoys golf, soccer and hockey. Frank currently resides in Harrisburg with his wife Suzy and their three children: Frank, Abby and Steven.
