Dan came to New York Life in August of 2015 after spending many years as a producer and manager at several other firms in the financial services industry.  He holds the Series 7 and 24 securities registrations.

Dan lives in Harrisburg with his wife Lori and his two children, Carson & Brooke.  In his personal time, he is enjoying fatherhood to its’ fullest, because as we know, they grow up way too fast.

A native of Southern California, Wayne is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, serving six (6) years of active service. Wayne developed his leadership and communication skills in the Marines,eventually being promoted to the rank of Sergeant.

Applying many of the lessons learned in the Marine Corps about teamwork, honesty, and leadership Wayne earned his Bachelors Degree in English from California State University of Northridge. Upon graduation, Wayne and his wife Kate moved back to Pennsylvania to raise a family, and in 2005 he joined the New York Life family as an agent serving his clients for 12 years.

In 2017, Wayne took the next step in his career and transitioned to the role of Partner. Using the product, sales, and customer knowledge he obtained in his 12 years as an agent, Wayne works each day to build and develop a team that is strong in fundamentals of product knowledge and is focused on creating long-term relationships with their clients.

Wayne is expanding New York Life’s operations in Berks, Lancaster, and Lehigh Counties. Integrity, teamwork, and persistence are his team’s keys to success.

 

 

Tammy L. Holler

Tammy joined the New York Life family in the Harrisburg General Office in August 2000 .  She was promoted to Senior Office Assistant in August 2006, and then promoted to Senior Specialist in November of 2013.

During her time with New York Life she has traveled to multiple General Offices to assist with training on the NB21 system and the GeODE system. She has also been part of the Quality Assurance Team and the Annuity Policy Assembly team. Tammy also earned her ALMI, ACS and AIRC designations through LOMA.

Tammy has always taken pride in her role with New York Life.  Her 18 years of service, experience and knowledge have prepared her for her role as Service Leader of the Harrisburg General Office.

 

 

Christopher Burcham

As the Development Manager for the Harrisburg General Office, Chris provides training, mentoring, and coaching to Agents.  He is responsible for the implementation of training initiatives, procedures and directives.  His startegies are rooted in ensuring that each and every agent is trained and developed and is given the best chance to succeed.

Chris graduated from Ursinus College with a Business and Economics degree while focusing on economics and management.
